How do I select my items?

It couldn’t be easier! Simply hit the ‘shop’ tab on the top navigation and you’ll find yourself ready to browse. You can select different options on the left hand side dependent on what you’re looking for.

Simply browse the products, clicking on the products if you’d like to see more details. From there select how many you’d like of that particular option and click ‘add to cart’. Once ready to buy, simply click on the basket symbol in the top right hand side.


How does the payment work?

You’ll pay for your products through PetJam, all in one easy transaction. It’s important to note there are various delivery charges that may be applied at checkout which reflects the products coming from different suppliers, directly to your delivery address.

We accept all major credit cards, alongside PayPal.


Delivery

Each order is sent directly to the independent supplier that we’ve formed a partnership with. This means you will incur separate postage costs dependent on where you are buying your products from.

Charges and delivery times will vary between items and partners, but we make sure they are always as reasonable as possible. The standard turnaround is within seven working days. Occasionally factors outside the control of our partners can delay your order after dispatch - you patience in these circumstances is greatly appreciated.

Do contact us via the online contact form. We will either reply directly as soon as we possibly can, or where required pass your questions over directly to the supplier for you to liaise direct.
